Glen sets the AnilSka thesis and holds the platform's long horizon. His work spans capital allocation, governance, and cross-border partnerships across Australia, Canada and South Asia. He leads with patience and a stewardship-first temperament — building institutions rather than transactions.
Executive Director, Pharmaceutical Program & CTO
Arul leads the pharmaceutical programme and the technology platform. A clinician and systems architect, he translates scientific enquiry into product, process and standard. His work bridges laboratory rigour with the discipline of building reliable software and clinical systems at scale.
Director of Research
Mainak directs the research agenda across the AnilSka platform — from early scientific enquiry through evidence generation and publication. He shapes how the group learns, measures, and holds itself to a scientific standard of proof rather than persuasion.
Director of Nursing
Kavya grounds the clinical work in practitioner reality. She leads nursing standards, patient safety, and care design across programmes — ensuring that everything the platform builds meets the people it is intended to serve, with dignity and precision.
